Fall Fishing Fun!

We have entered the fall season and temperatures have dropped some. Over the next few months we will enter a very seasonable time of year where the daytime temps will be in the 80's and night time may reach the 60's making it an excellent time for outdoor activities. August 1st triggerfish season opened back up giving us one more variety of fish to keep. Triggerfish is a dense tasty fish and one of my favorites ways of eating them is a blackend triggerfish sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. Red Snapper continue to be caught as well as the numerous of varieties of snapper, red grouper, kings, spanish and numerous other fish.
